Position Function/Purpose

The Attendance Clerk shall carry out all school related activities related to the accurate keeping of attendance. 

Essential Functions

1.       Maintain a good communication system with parents, students, faculty, and administrative staff

2.       Maintain accurate pupil attendance records

3.       Prepare accurate attendance reports in a prompt manner

4.       Check and verify student absences

5.       Performs PEIMS data functions as assigned by principal

6.       Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal 

Qualification Requirements

1.       High school diploma or GED

2.       Typing ability of 50 wpm

3.       Previous clerical experience

4.       Data processing experience
